Help us reproduce the problem, not guess at it.
If you are reporting an alpha problem, the most useful message usually includes:
- what you were trying to do;
- what you expected to happen;
- what actually happened;
- the approximate time it happened; and
- a screenshot if it is safe and relevant.
Never email Sarlo your password, PIN, card security code or one-time access code. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots where possible.
