Sarlo is designed to turn useful information you already have — a screenshot, a schedule, a date or something you simply tell it — into a clear record you can check, correct, update and ask about later.
Closed alpha is proving this flow carefully with rotas first. Public registration is not open yet.

The goal is not to make AI sound certain. It is to make uncertainty visible, let you confirm what matters and preserve what changed.
Useful, not noisy.
Sarlo is not trying to become another inbox or another place to dump everything. It is for the parts of everyday life that become more useful when they are structured, remembered and easy to ask about.
Confirm, don't guess
If something is genuinely ambiguous, Sarlo should surface the uncertainty instead of quietly inventing a fact.
Keep the history
Updates and corrections should preserve where information came from and what changed over time.
Private by design
Account boundaries and sensitive-data handling are requirements of the product, not decoration added later.
Return to it naturally
The value is not saving a record. It is being able to find the useful answer later without rebuilding the context.
Build trust before breadth.
Sarlo's roadmap is deliberately staged. The difficult behaviour is proven first, then the product expands without throwing away the foundations underneath it.
Prove the memory loop
Start with rotas: understand a screenshot or description, structure it, confirm uncertainty, handle updates and answer useful questions.
Broaden what Sarlo can hold
Important dates, events, reminders, people context and read-only questions across the things you choose to save.
Grow into Living Software
More natural inputs, optional integrations and carefully controlled automation only after the core is proven trustworthy.

The public site includes the roadmap, privacy notice, security approach, terms and a direct contact route. Closed alpha is deliberately small while the product proves the behaviour it will eventually ask people to trust.
